Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Foreman. In this role, you will provide support to the Salesman in various construction management tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience & knowledge on basic construction work and other construction management, possess strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be in direct contact with the salesman, and in charge of setting crews up on the job sites, check on jobs after they have been completed and working directly with the salesman to help on smaller task jobs. Responsibilities:
- Assist the salesman in overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
- Assist in managing project schedules and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure correct completion of jobs
- Collaborate with the salesman to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Support the crews in supervising construction activities and ensuring quality control

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.99 - $25.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Swedesboro, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
